Introducing New Chilean Malbec!
 This superb Malbec is the crown jewel of this popular winemaking country known for its consistently good grapes due to its favourable climate.
Chile's vineyards are bordered to the East by the Andes Mountains and to the West by the Pacific Ocean. The long hours of uninterrupted
sunshine during the day and cool air coming off the mountains at night coupled with relatively low rainfall create a location that grows grapes
high in acidity and intense concentrated flavours.
Rich and luxurious this opaque, garnet coloured wine has a brilliant bouquet of dark
fruits with subtle hints of oak, vanilla and spices. The palate has strong plum and berry
flavours balanced by moderate tannins provided by the Malbec Winery Grape Skins and
medium toast American oak chips. This wine is full-bodied and dry with mouth filling
flavours and a lovely long finish.

California Cabernet Sauvignon
A distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon in an appealing rich, complex style, this full bodied wine has a deep garnet colour with an appealing aroma of plump blackberries, sweet vanilla and fresh violets. Notes of blackberries and cherries grace the palate interwoven with rich tannins and pepper spice extracted from the Cabernet Sauvignon Winery Grape Skins. 2006 & 2007 WineMaker International Award Winner.

Italian Sangiovese Merlot
Sourced from old vines that date back to years of history and tradition, our Old Vine Zinfandel surrounds the palate with impressions of black cherries and plump dark fruit framed by ample aromas of tobacco and dark coffee from the toasted French Oak. Fermented on varietal Zinfandel Winery Grape Skins, this full-bodied dry wine is fruit forward, yet showcases an array of spicy flavours on the finish. 2007 WineMaker International Award Winner.

California Syrah
